The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. The food is sublime. And the staff couldn’t be more friendly.

Room was lovely and exactly what we expected. Bath in the bedroom was a nice addition. The lady who welcomed us on arrival was very warm and friendly.
Only down side was it was extremely warm and because it’s a velux window which closes automatically when it rains, it was difficult to keep the room cool. A fan was provided which was effective, however quite noisy so didn’t have as great a sleep as we had hoped. Maybe an air con unit would be a good addition to the room, especially if the temperatures keep rising in the UK.

Location was close to town, opposite the river. The room was decorated & furnished to very high standards. I would stay again and definately recommend to others.

The beds were comfortable
For the money we paid breakfast should be included, it wasn't so we had all meals elsewhere.
TV sited on the wrong wall
Had to live out of the suitcase as minimal storage in the room, but plenty of expensive unnecessaries.
