There is a California king bed in the master, a double and twin in bedroom 2, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Flat screen TVs in the living room and master. Both full baths have walk-in showers (no tub). The unit has AC in the living room and the master bedroom, with ceiling fans throughout. For outdoor activity, Haleakala Shores #B-102 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 6. The Kamaole Beaches are world class beaches with lifeguards, restrooms, showers, and playground with picnic areas. It has a protected sandy beach which is great for beach walks, whale watching in the winter, magnificent sunsets, swimming, snorkeling, and sunning. Haleakala Shores has a nice pool area, gas barbeques and free parking.

Condo is clean, large, stocked with necessities. Very nice decor with great recliners!! It is a little dark, but with that it doesn’t get very hot inside. Quiet, did not hear any neighbors nor street traffic. Right by the pool but it is still quiet. Would rent again. Thank you

We had a fantastic time while visiting Maui this past Christmas break. Our until was great. Had everything we needed, the unit had snorkel gear, a cooler, Tommy bahama chairs x4 and an umbrella if needed. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family and we will definitely be looking to rent it again. Thanks.

The condo was very spacious, we had a group of 5 and we settled in very nicely. Kitchen equipped well, great location with easy 1st floor access closer to parking area, close to pool as well. Everything was very clean and nothing broken. We were very grateful for the beach gear made available- beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and beach umbrellas- made beach days a blast and literally right across the street from a very nice beach, we had turtles visit multiple times while we were there. Location is very central and walking distance from local restaurants/ shops. Will definitely book again!!

We totally enjoyed our stay there, everything is clean, it has everything we need. The pool is next to the building. Overall it’s quiet, just had some roofing work going on during daytime.

This is the second time I have rented this particular condo. It is an updated condo with a beautiful well-stocked kitchen and 2 lovely bathrooms. It is also outfitted for days of beach fun with boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The location is great! Right across the street from the beach and also within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean when we arrived, and there were beach towels and fresh towels in the bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer for any laundry needs as well. I love that the swimming pool and BBQ area is just a few steps away. This is definitely not the last time we'll rent this 's becoming my home away from home.

This place was amazing! Had everything we needed, and was way bigger than we expected. Our group fit perfectly in the space. It was close to the beach and an easy drive to other attractions. For the price this spot can’t be beat!

Such an easy process when we submitted our request to rent. The details were very carefully and thoughtfully spelled out. All the advertisements were exactly as they said and it was so nice to have the extra beach towels and chairs. Such a great and quiet place to stay. We will stay here again !

And within very easy walking distance to a cute neighborhood of shops and restaurants.The condo was clean, the kitchen had all the dishes and utensils you would want, including both glass wine glasses for inside, and plastic wine glasses for poolside.

We had such a nice time with family in Maui. This unit is decent and the location is very good. Kamaole beach 1 & 2 are a short walk away and I liked to beach walk/hike all the way to Wailea beach each morning (about a 1 hour walk each way). The unit had quite a few beach toys (boogie boards & snorkeling gear) that were in decent condition. Tile floor is easy to sweep up and bathrooms are in good condition. Deck overlooks the pool so you can keep an eye on your kids. Kitchen has all utensils and appliances that you need to make your own meals if you choose to. Mattresses/bedding seemed comfortable and they supply beach towels. All in all a decent spot. Pool furniture is tired and needs to be replaced.

The condo was exactly as listed. We had everything we needed there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen utensils and cookware were great, the appliances were just what we needed. They had towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, and even a rolling cooler! The condo was in a great location and close to everything we wanted. Had a fantastic time at Haleakala shores B-102 with dear friends from Santa Barbara and SYDNEY AU! From the moment we booked Rentals Maui (they took over from VRBO) provided quick responses to questions. We were greeted at check in by the lovely Lynsey who gave us a list of her favorite restaurants and beaches and her phone number in case we needed anything at all. She was super friendly and we did reach out to her several times (once with a minor repair request and once for more advice) and she responeded promptly. Whatever the owner pays Rentals Maui, it's worth it as the experience with them was great! The condo is perfectly located near (admittedly not THE greatest beaches on Maui) beaches, restaurants etc. and a short drive to the Safeway and other beaches/markets plus Wailea less than a mile and a half away. Haleakala shores is not new but the unit was well maintained and CLEAN and did have A/C units, sadly a must now in these times of climate change. Could have used a few more knives and maybe some microwavable plates (the ones provided were plastic) but otherwise well appointed too. The cooler on wheels was a bonus and well used as we packed lunches every day to bring to the beach.
Would go back in a heartbeat! Mahalo for everything :)

Easy check in process, great communication with management company. Unit had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the cooler, umbrella and beach chairs. Pool was great, HOA lady was a little strict with pool rules, but we worked around them. The unit has a wonderful view and the lanai was perfect. A.C was helpful to cool down when we arrived home. Loved the big windows and space was great in the condo. We had lots of space for us and our 3 kids. We will stay again!

Great location!
We spent 10 days on Maui in this very comfortable condo. The location was perfect, close to shops and steps from the Kam II and Kam III beaches. The pool was clean and garden was well kept. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, even beach items! We would definitely recommend this condo and would book again for our next trip to Maui!

They desperately need new more comfortable pillows, better heavier pots and pans, a vacuum, and the lanai slate tile was really dirty. The windows were all extremely dirty as well and need to be cleaned inside and out way more frequently. Overall it made for a lovely place to stay.

Love this location. We spend time at the beach every day and it’s a quick walk to Kamaole II and III where we enjoyed snorkelling and taking in the sun. Close enough to swing back to the condo and have lunch and grab more drinks. Property had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was very nice and good comfortable seating and bathrooms. The lanai was very nice and the grounds. Parking was a little difficult, we were a group of 6 and using a minivan for the week and it didn’t fit in the parking space but we parked on the street with no problems. We appreciated the chairs and boogie boards, beach towels, the snorkeling gear was mostly Children’s sizes. A very nice beach rental with an awesome location!

Very clean & spacious, lots of storage clothes for clothes. Loved the private lanai, fruit tree's abound, we loved the limes, oranges & avocados. Steps to the best beaches on Maui or a short stroll to the ABC. The one surprise, pool is not heated. Jumped in and was surprised at how cold it was. That is not the owner's fault, but it would have been nice to know. Other than that, I still give it 5 stars!

It was a beautiful stay kihei .. couldn’t get any better woke up to sunsets and sunrises. The beach was literally right across the street, and the view was just amazing ... great area to stay will be coming back
