Lovely host ! We really liked the apartment, it was cosy, clean and had everything we needed. Super close to the rocky beach we preffered. Also a little a bit overpriced grocery shop was just next corner.
We had only one pair on keys which was a little bit inconvenient. The apartment should have enough toilet paper for the whole stay. There was a party in the neighbourhood, they were a bit noisy but it doesnt always happen.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Federica was an exceptional host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly friendly, always available, and helped us with everything we needed to know about the villa and the local area. The location is simply the best you could ask for in Mondello. Everything is within easy reach, making it the perfect base for exploring the beach, restaurants, and surrounding attractions. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. You can immediately tell it has been recently renovated, with modern finishes while still feeling warm and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Mondello. We would definitely stay here again!
