Everything was great. The room was clean and comfy, AC worked great and the staff were extremely helpful with everything. They answered our every question and dilemma straightaway, the airport pickup was arranged is minutes, the same with our transport when leaving. Laundry was done fast and nice and the bike rental was just as fast and easy as everything else.

Mr. Ha owner is very good, receptionist Bo was also very friendly and the night boy is also friendly. Over all satisfied . Rooms are spacious. Views from Balcony or windows is very good
They don't allow guest to stay beyond 11pm. Also they don't provide any complimentary coffee or tea sachet. They don't have lift, so if you have heavy bag it might be difficult.
