Villa Sunshine is a modern villa located between the historic center of Syracuse, the island of Ortigia and the seaside area of Arenella, Fanusa and the splendid Marina del Plemmirio reserve

The Villa is only 3/5 minutes from the seaside areas, Riserva Marina Del Plemmirio, Arenella, Fanusa, Ognina and 10 minutes from Fontane Bianche and 7 minutes from the famous historic center of Ortigia, a place of art and culture, surrounded by the sea, between the most beautiful in the world and frequented by numerous tourists, day and night.
In about 40 minutes you arrive in Avola, Noto, Pachino, Marzamemi, Portopalo, San Lorenzo, the famous Calamosche beach, in about 60 minutes you arrive in Modica, Ragusa, Ispica.
Unless it will be immediately available to customers, advice on places to visit, eventual reservations for restaurants, boat trips, disco, private bathing establishments, car rental and everything you need for a holiday of fun and relaxation. ..

This is the perfect place for a Sicilian getaway, minutes away from the magical Ortigia Island in Siracusa and some of the most beautiful beaches Sicily has to offer. Also close to other amazing towns to visit such as Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Scicli and Marzameni to name a few. Very accessible to the highway to Catania, Taormina and Mt. Etna. The property itself consists of 6 extremely spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. All very clean and modern. The kitchen had everything you needed for a snack or any meal with a spacious dining area. The pool and the grounds are immaculate. We were a party of 12 and we were very comfortable.The most important thing worth noting was our gracious host Salvo. From the time I made the reservation until we left he was available for any question or concern with quick and helpful answers. Salvo portrays what's best about Sicilians. He is very kind, generous and full of important information about the area and beyond. You can ask him anything. He made us reservations for amazing restaurants and at those places we were treated like royalty. He even arranged a local chef to prepare us dinner at the property. Above and beyond our hosts hospitality, he helped us out with a medical emergency in the middle of the night. He drove us to an urgent care and then to the ER. He spoke for us and the issue was resolved. I've never seen such kindness and caring from a host. Salvos was our guardian angel that night and will remain a dear friend. Paul S

Sunshine villa was perfect way beyond our expectations. We had a family reunion of 11 from Australia and USA. Everyone was amazed at the size and comfort of the bedrooms. Four of them had sitting rooms. We gathered around the pool or the large dining area. It was close to Syracuse by car and beautiful Anella beach.The bonus was the host Salvos he lived next door and was on hand to give advice on the best place to eat, to interpret, book taxis and make phone calls where the language was a problem. He even arranged for a chef to come to the villa for a special celebration the food was fantastic and at a surprising affordable price.Each one of us voted it our best holiday ever!

We had a very nice stay! It looks beautiful, is very modern and has all things that your need. We stayed here with 5 adults and 3 children. It’s very convenient that you have different small appartments/ large rooms that you rent all at once. The owner Salvos was very nice and helpfull. I would highly recommend this accomodation!
