Amazing apartment in a perfect location. The host, Fabio was so helpful and even suggested some amazing restaurants to try. The roomy were large and very comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped.

The apartment was decorated so cute! Views!!!!Had everything you could need plus a washing machine, which is great if you are traveling around Sicily. Location was perfect for exploring and also parking the car in the central lot.
Sorry, but the pillows we’re flat and sad :(

The apartments were clean, comfortable, spacious and well-located. There were ample air conditioning units, which was lovely in the heat, and good gathering areas for groups.
Some details about the apartments were unclear in the listing. We booked both apartments for a group of 10 thinking they were adjoining/next to each other and were unaware they are located on different streets.
The listing also said there were 3 Queen beds and 2 Single beds in one of the apartments, but didn’t mention one of them was a sofa bed. Our group arrived expecting 4 bedrooms, but the sofa bed was not even made. When I asked where the sheets were located (we were even happy to make it up ourselves), our contact Mario was insistent that we should have requested the sofa bed be made up, despite their listing not even saying there was a sofa bed. Eventually they agreed to come set the bed up, and a few hours later I received another message acknowledging they should clarify the sofa bed situation in the listing, which I hope they do.
The online check-in process was also challenging for a group. While Italian law does require guests to submit their passports, Mario was rigid about submitting photos of our 10 passports online. Given we were all arriving at different times I asked whether we could submit once we check-in since I was uncomfortable asking my friends to send photos of their passports, but he was inflexible and told me we would not be able to check in without submitting these photos in advance. He kept repeating that it was “easy” and no one else had this concern, despite me scanning their reviews later to discover that many people had the same complaint. We have also stayed at a number of properties in Italy that have had no issue reviewing passports after check in.
I should note though that all other staff members we heard from or met at reception were kind and helpful.
