This is a beautiful apartment ( we stayed in apartment 3 with the terrace ) location is perfect close to everywhere but also so quiet . Lovely also to have natural light . It it perfectly apportioned with lovely comfortable furniture and all the necessary equipment in the kitchen . The air conditioning was excellent
Be aware that the washing machine is not in the apartment and also due to things outside the apartment providers control there may be issues with power that will disrupt the use of the washing machine and potentially the internet too . This is a small price to pay for such a perfect spot .

This apartment is in an excellent location, the unit it nicely renovated, nicely decorated, and it is very comfortable and user-friendly. Also, they do a good job of helping clients to access the property independently. We loved out stay.
I only have very small things to critiques. It would have helped to know that a taxi was not able to drop us in front of the apartment so it would have helped to have had a taxi "drop off address" and then instructions on how to locate the physical address of the apartment. We eventually figured it out but it would be useful to explain this up front.
Also, because I am a clean freak, it bothered me the grout in the shower was not thoroughly cleaned and maintained. I know most people will never noticed this (for example, my husband did not), but for people like me who are so sensitive to cleaning, things like this stand out.
Lastly, it was great having bother a washer AND a dryer but the washer cycle took nearly 2 hours and the clothing in the dryer did not fully dry even after several houts. However, we were grateful that the apartment had a drying rack so in he end, it all worked out.

The location is perfect if you want to spend some time in Ortigia.
The building seems newly renovated.
It misses a lot of details that are important in terms of hospitality:
- the bed was not comfortable and the AC made some noise
- there was a foul odor in the bathroom
- I had to buy soap for the shower because there was none
- I had to buy olive oil because there was only a few left
- the host was absent and send us a video to check-in. When I misunderstood something, he told me to « watch the video ». The check-in could be a little bit more fluid and warm.
- you have to take care of all the garbage, if not, you have to pay about 80 euros.
