The apartment was perfect for solo travel.

Spacious apartment. They provided two children beds free and there was plenty of space for both beds.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The apartment is in a slightly dodgy part of Bremen with drug dealers and homeless people in the surrounding streets.

It is spacious. It was well located, close the the bus-train station, easy access to the old town.
One of the twin beds was not as comfortable as the other one. There was a sewer gas smell sometimes in the bathroom. The smell was contained there though.

The location and prices.
Stoves are not good for cooking something.
