Situated in Brian Head, this lovely cabin for $708 per night is a great option for your next trip. Hard to find 5 bedrooms, 18 bed bunk room, 6.5 bathrooms, 3 gathering areas, gourmet kitchen PLUS a secondary kitchen next to the theater room! Here you can sleep 28 people with their own beds! 3 of the bedrooms have a full bathroom attached to them. Spend your mornings enjoying the mountain peace on the front deck while watching a game of basketball on the full size court, or relaxing in the swim spa. This is a spacious luxury cabin perfect for holiday vacations with large groups. Only a 5 minute drive from Brian Head Ski Resort. *Property fee is refundable after check-out and cleaning* *Check out the video for a virtual tour **The Swim Spa portion is winterized from the first snow fall (approx Oct/Nov) to the last (approx late April/May) THE HOT TUB is available year around!! Please note the owner does have surveillance cameras in the following outdoor locations: -Back patio with view on swim spa/hot tub -Front covered patio in front of garages

3 families were housed in this beautiful cabin. Beautiful and breathtaking views from this cabin! Cabin looks even more beautiful in person. Plenty of room and very comfortable to stay in. By far, the best cabin we have rented in the last 10 years at Brian Head. The cabin is on a hill so we had some challenges climbing this hill right after it snowed even with chains on a minivan, but a 4 wheel or all wheel drive had no problems. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

We stayed in Joanna's cabin over Christmas. It was completely perfect in every way. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and there were even stocking holders on the mantle for our stockings. The kitchen was wonderful, it was fully stocked with everything you might need, including things like crock pots, a griddle, an air fryer, etc. We didn't use any of those but it was nice that they were there. There was also a drawer full of spices (although oddly, pepper wasn't included in the drawer! But we ran to the little Brianhead store and bought some!). There were also pantry staples like olive oil, syrup, peanut butter, popcorn, etc. We liked that the plates and bowls were made from sturdy plastic instead of glass, so we didn't have to worry about anything breaking. The heated floors were amazing.
All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The bunk room was so fun, with so many beds in one room! The teens and kids loved it. All of the bathrooms were nice, although we could have used more towels and bathmats. But it was great to have a laundry room so we could wash the towels whenever we needed to. The little movie room downstairs was great. The kids logged into Netflix on the TV and had non-stop Christmas movies playing!
The cabin's location is great, a quick 5 minute drive to the slopes. We went to church in Parawan, which was about 25 minutes away, but it turns out that they also hold church right there at Brianhead but we didn't realize that.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! We were sightseeing in southern UT and the location was ideal. Bryce, Zion and even the Grand Canyon are all easy day trips. Our group of 16 had TONS of space to spread out. The host was very helpful when we had a minor issue. She jumped and fixed it for us ASAP. If I could give Joanna and her home 6 stars I would.

We stayed here with my siblings and their families and the house couldn’t have been better. Very spacious and great for the kids to have room to play. The views were beautiful and the house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and provided everything we were looking for. We would definitely stay again!

The house was absolutely perfect for group (4 families, 16 total). Plenty of space for everyone, well appointed kitchen, and great views. Quick drive to the ski lodges. Couldn't ask for a better setup for a group ski trip!

House is so so great and very well equipped! Kids had a BLAST in the bunk room! A couple things came up as they always do and the property manager was the best we've ever rented from. So quick to respond and took care of everything right away! Definitely recommend!

Inside there are stunning views of the ocean.Hot tub and fire pits with stunning ocean views. Outside decks and chairs. Beautiful gardens surrounding the property. Beds are SO COMFORTABLE. Well maintained inside. Full beautiful kitchen, living space, Master bedroom has ocean view. Skylights bringing in Sunshine.

We had a large group and the house was comfortable for a big group. It had a big kitchen, lots of beds, and plenty of room to hang out. It was also in the perfect location to ski—just a few minutes to Brian Head

Renting this property was easy and the property manager was very responsive to any of our needs our concerns. We ended up with ten adults and nine children. We had plenty of room for everyone and no one was on top of anyone else.

We had a great trip to Utah! House was in a great location, great views, really enjoyed sitting on the deck at night.
Great space for everyone, kids loved the bunk room in the basement. Plenty of beds, and everyone had a comfortable stay. Basketball court was awesome, kids enjoyed played a lot of basketball.
We had a few bumps with Wi-Fi and hot tub, but made due.
Joanna, the host, was amazing! Very responsive and willing to help with anything. Always responded quickly and did what she could to help.
Strongly recommend staying here, great house, great location and views.

Perfect place for families
This spacious house had plenty of room for our 6 adults and 12 kids. The bunk room and basement living area was a great place for the kids to hang! Quick and easy drive to the slopes. Would love to come back again!

Our family of 21 had a delightful time in this lovely large home. It was clean and had all that we needed for eating, playing and sleeping well. It was so close to BrianHead resort that it was easy to run the little ones back and forth for naps. The manager was very accessible and answered questions immediately. We loved our visit.

Magnificent home! (Bonus: heated floors !)
Eight adults and eight children in our family. We were all thrilled with this gorgeous home! Where to start ... From the moment we came in, shed our snow boots, and walked up a few stairs to the main level, we knew me had made the right choice. Padding across the heated floors in our stocking feet, we marveled at the expansive living and dining room and kitchen with its enormous vaulted ceiling. The master bedroom and bath area is luxurious. All the sleeping areas are great, and the downstairs bunk room is a child's delight. (Could sleep 18 if needed) Beautiful furnishings throughout all floors. Just a dream house. Easy short drive to the slopes. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Best cabin at Brianhead
We have been coming to Brianhead every year as a family for the past 8 years. This is hands down, the best cabin we have stayed at. It comfortably slept our group of 24 people and had all of the amenities you could hope for. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay at Brianhead.

The property was so fantastic. Our host was amazing and super helpful. My family had such a great time and our friends raved about the house. We will definitely rent again.
My only issue was that the hot tub in the picture is massive. When we got there we then realized that only a quarter of the hot tub is actually filled with water and heated. The other portion is unused & empty.
For the property that sleeps over 20 I was surprised that the hot tub only fit four or five people. That is my only negative comment about the house
