Located in South Gulf Cove, this charming house for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This home is a new home from the proprietors of Hibiscus Chateau, which grew to be the premier vacation rental in Port Charlotte after six-plus years of hosting happy vacationers! This home will wow you! Enter the home into an expansive living room that's open to the kitchen, dining room, and den, with a view onto the gorgeous pool, spa, and canal beyond. The living room has a beautiful coffered ceiling and an incredible fireplace/TV wall, with gorgeous furnishings. You'll enjoy the view of the fully screened brick paver lanai, heated pool, and spa. Zero corner sliders in the living room disappear to let the outside in. This sensational feature allows for the perfect blending of outdoor and indoor living. You'll be able to choose to dine at the island counter, the beautiful dining room, or on the wonderful lanai. (We suggest the lanai whenever possible!) The unbelievable heated pool and spa area is relaxing and includes a sunshelf that is ideal for sunning and for the little ones. The heated spa provides complete relaxation. The home offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a den with a queen-sized sofa sleeper and corner barn doors for privacy. Beautiful wood-look tile floors extend throughout the entire home, with exquisite granite countertops in the kitchen, all bathrooms, and even the laundry room. Bright and open and airy throughout! With the zero corner sliders, fantastic coffered ceilings in the living room and master bedroom, the relaxing lanai and the saltwater pool and spa, this is the ideal Florida lifestyle experience! The house is beautiful, and the amenities are second-to-none! Fully stocked with everything you'll need, including FREE WI-FI and streaming TV through Roku. All the channels you are used to! The home is set on a southern exposure lot so you'll get plenty of that famous Florida sun. The canal we're on is a short boat ride away from the river and Charlotte Harbor, which lead directly into the Gulf of Mexico.

We stayed here as we wanted to get a feel for this neighborhood in South Gulf Cove. The house is quite large with plenty of room for my wife and I and later my adult son and DIL. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool overlooking the canal. Did a little fishing too and caught (and released) a few. Went to the beach nearby in Boca Grande and Englewood and found a bunch of shark teeth with all the locals. Went to lunch twice at the Lighthouse Grill in Englewood on Lemon Bay and did an airboat ride in Acadia. Also used the available beach chairs and bicycles to ride about the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here. It is a beautiful house and a great location. Within 15 to 20min from just about anything you would need. If we ever go back to the area we hope to be able to stay again

Had a little trouble with remote for pool/hot tub after a power outage from a storm.
My first time with a VRBO..if/when I do it again I will not pick one that requires all the bedding/towels to be done and checked out by 11am.

Paradise in Port Charlotte
So very thankful for this wonderful property! My family enjoyed a wonderful week there and the owners are fantastic. We found it hard to leave because everything that you need is on site. Don’t hesitate to book this location! He won’t be sorry

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and pool were beautiful with all the amenities anyone would need. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Well Ken helped trouble shoot from his home in Iowa and communicated with me quickly via email and even sent pics of how the system worked. Well done Ken!! It was quickly fixed and we enjoyed a week of relaxing around the pool and Spa. The house and the amenities were spectacular! Highly recommend!!

Unexpected Blessing!
We were able able to rent this beautiful home because someone else's plans fell apart. Cursed pandemic! They couldn't make it, which opened up about the exact dates we were looking for. I'm sorry for that party and hope they were blessed in some other way! I was a bit nervous about the "no refund" policy since we were coming from across the country and in the throes of a snow storm when we were flying out. We trusted God for travel mercies and after some flight delays arrived at the house pretty exhausted. But the mood quickly brightened when we walked into our amazing home-away-from-home for the next ten days. The layout, premium finishes, overall cleanliness, abundant natural light, and of course the pool/spa had my wife and kids oohing and aahing. Ken was easy to work with and responded promptly the one or two times I had a question. The few things that were amiss were easy to understand why and we were able to solve with a little effort (I recommend an extra filled propane tank or two on site so a trip to the unfriendly rv place to fill isn't necessary). All in all we were delighted with our accommodations and treated the home better than our own. If we're back in the area and its available, we'd gladly stay again. Absolutely Gorgeous Home
The house is beautiful. It had everything you would need for a trip. From cookware, towels, beach chairs, extra bedding and pillows, even throw blankets for the couch. Pool was nice and warm and the hot tub heated up in no time. We will definitely stay here again. My only issue was the cleaning process when checking out. We are clean people and pick up after ourselves. We have stayed in a ton of different homes all over the US. We have never had to pay a cleaning fee and then clean everything, including the bedding. We would much rather of paid more of a cleaning fee and not had to do bedding. But like I said we would definitely rent this home again. We know now to speak with Ken the owner ahead of time to possibly make that arrangement.
