Once you enter through the 10 ft. electronic gate & 10 ft walls, experience a breathtaking view of the ocean, beach & canal, pass by the center courtyard & pool with a flowing fountain and Palm Trees swaying you'll find yourself inside a tropical landscaped oasis, on the ocean, with only the sound of the wind and waves to sooth your restless soul.
Casa Canal offers casual beach accommodations with unique ocean-views. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, Ultimate Casa, is located on the beach and canal with it's own private beach access to the most beautiful sandy swimming beach that Rincon has to offer, it has a swim-up pool bar with a Flat Screen TV, outdoor restroom / changing room, (4) hot & cold outdoor showers, back up power, 2000 gal. water reserves, etc., there are too many amenities to list, once you arrive you'll never want to leave !!!!.
This property is a spacious 2,300 sq ft, Villa that will sleep up to 10 guests in 2 kings, 2 queens, 2 twin bunks and features Oceanview Panoramic Windows in the living area, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen w/ granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, (4) flat screen TVs with all the movie channels & DVR, a downstairs handicapped accessible master bedroom with custom tile features, 2 upstairs bedrooms with (3) breathtaking Ocean view balconies, custom hardwood floors & doors, a stunning Ocean View Den that doubles as the 4th bedroom, all the rooms have air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout the home.
Located on the Water, looking directly at Canal, Beach & the Marina area with sailboats, boats, waves & with spectacular Desecheo Island Sunsets in the distance, private beach access to Paddleboard, Kayak, Swimming, all Watersports, etc... walking distance to 3 Major Hotels, many restaurants & nightlife, street lights & sidewalks to anywhere in town or the coast !!
This fantastic property is available for rent with a 3 day min. stay requirement, all rates are determined on the number of guests, our rates start at $595 per night, for up to 6 guests, additional guests may be added at a rate of $50 per person per night up to 10 guests max. Children 2 & under are free.
The property is available for Weddings, Special Events, Corporate gatherings, Birthdays, Sweet 15 & 16's, etc.. for up to 100 guests maximum however you must use our event planner or a English speaking planner from the west end of the Island !!
A 3 day minimum stay is required for events at a rate of $975 per night for up to 10 guests maximum overnight, plus an event staffing & supervision fee based on the number of guests expected

Never had I had a person meet & show me around the property before. Stu was on point with coms & low down. Property is a stunner & beach was ridiculously awesome. I assure you, if beach is your jam, there is no better location. When my crew got tired of the sand, the pool was clutch. The kids literally lived in there. We had 2 couples, 1 adult single, 2 minors in the crew. House was perfect for this. 3 rooms would accept 3 couples easy then the third 2 kids in bunks and 2 sharing a bed if you had to. First time with this kind of setup, showers almost became extinct beyond outdoor always hot get the sand off kind. Area was seconds from whatever you needed. If you fly into San Juan & drive, you will immediately feel the change from ghetto run down city living to island awesome once you cross the Rincon arches. Best beach ever, crazy cool pad, everything you need seconds away yet secluded behind gated walls. Don't expect crazy gaming type wifi. Stu has some rules. Easy to get behind for a family vacation setting. There is a blender on-site which was rad for making iced drinks from the pool bar. TV out there for tunes & we watched the Hockey game we were in to in the pool. Iguana buddies will roll in & give you a show if you feed em some veggies. We loved this place across the family.

We stayed in May 2026 (8 adults and 1 child) and had a wonderful time! The property was perfect for all of us and in such a convenient location to walk into town. The pool was fantastic and the beach was only a few steps away. Stu was great to communicate with and Millie, the housekeeper, was also great! Highly recommend!

Wonderful, spacious house very close to the beach. The host was attentive and helpful, he responded quickly to our messages and resolved our concerns. There was a mandatory housekeeping on the second morning of our stay separate from the expected fee on our departure - it was not expensive just unexpected. There is limited hot water so stagger your showers if staying with a large group! Overall, the place was amazing and I would definitely stay again!

Overall had a great time the area is great easy trip into town for shopping and restaurants. The pool area and beach is the highlight of this property. The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. Easy access to the beach is awesome.Now for the But. No cooler, beach umbrella or chairs to take to the awesome beach or to use when we all went on other excursions around the Island . Hard to pack that stuff when you are coming to the Island by plane. The kitchen needs some attention no toaster but a very used toaster oven that barely can toast a piece of bread. Main microwave was broken but did have a very small one on the counter. Refrigerator did not cool from day one. Was told the fridge temps were checked before our check in. There was melting ice in the freezer and the fridge struggled to keep things cold. Had to throw out multiple things during our stay. The BBQ grill is very small and I think seen better days. Upstairs guest bedroom A/C had issues from day one also couldn't use it for most of our stay. Handle to one of the balcony doors broke and was told it happens often.When I mentioned the problems I would always get a response about how hard it is to get repair people out to fix things. But 2 hours after our checkout was told the ac was fixed and fridge repair guy was there. With a little more maintenance and repair of the little things this could be a awesome house.
