Our son was staying at the Ywam campus so we selected this property because it looked to be nearby and in the end it was pretty much literally across the street so the location was ideal. As it turned out the location was great for everything. It’s a short walk to the waterfront and the main string of restaurants, patios and shops. We also chose this property because it was one of the few that had enough room and beds for the us and our other 2 kids (age 15 and 12). I think they appreciated having their own beds, bathroom and space. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc that was available. As many stated, the parking spot is small. When we arrived the only vehicle remaining at the car rental was a full size Ford truck with a long box. I drive a full size pickup and am used to having to park in tight spots but the long box proved to be too much so we ended up not using the parking spot. However if you get anything other than a MASSIVE four wheel drive you should be fine. We ended up parking on the street, which honestly wasn’t a huge deal. Out of the parking lot to the left we found a spot to park each day that was a 2-3 minute walk at the most. But again, if you can get a smaller vehicle this shouldn’t be an issue. We ate most of our meals at the condo and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The TV had streaming services for our movie watching. The patio was great for morning coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time and this condo was just right for family of five. Walking distance to town which we did a lot. The parking was tight but not bad for my husband. It had all the things we needed to cook and had enjoyable meals out on the porch. Convenient to pool and elevator. Gets light early but not a problem after our time change. Overall a nice stay for our vacation. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Our stay was magnificent! The condo was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the lanai was spectacular (comfortable, great view). We cooked a lot -- the kitchen was well stocked. Having access to the gas grills was wonderful and we most often ate on the lanai. There were plenty of stores nearby (Safeway, Target, Walmart). We enjoyed walking into the downtown area for coffee and breakfast (I miss the coffee!), do some shopping, enjoy the farmers market, etc. We used the pool, which was quiet and we always were able to get a chair no matter what time we went. The warning about the parking spot was helpful. We rented a four door off-roading jeep wrangler and were able to park it in the spot no problem. The drawing that was sent to us showing us how to enter the spot was so helpful! We backed in every time without issue. We would definitely stay here again!!

Condo was modern & beautiful BUT the only downfall was the cleanliness of it. My family owns a cleaning company & upon arrival the floor was dirty & sticky from all the sands. Our foot got dirty from walking barefooted inside the condo. So I had to sweep & mop. The washer smelled like it wasn't washed. Under the sofa inside the living room there was a little kid's boxer from previous guest. But it was well stocked & a beautiful place to stay in for a vacation & a staycation. It's just the cleanliness that's needs to be taken care of and also the I tried emailing the property manager several times "NO REPLY" I even called the number that was provided on the paper but "BUSY". So those are the only 2 things that needs to be fixed. OUT OF ALL BEAUTIFUL CONDO MODERN LOOKING & COMFORTABLE BEDS TO SLEEP IN.

Condo Ok long review incoming: So our trips to HI are spent very low key. We go to unplug. We seldom eat out often and like to fix simple meals ourselves. So I always look for a condo that is quiet, clean, has a great pool, and a decently supplied kitchen, and comfortable beds. When we experience a unit that exceeds these expectations it makes the visit so much better! Colin, our contact person was quite pleasant and attentive. He was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. The first thing I noticed, after we walked through the door was how clean everything was. Not a speck of dust, or a crumb in sight. This place has high-quality silverware and dishes, filtered Britta type water pitcher and-bonus-an electric tea, kettle, and a V-6 pour over ceramic cone. (I’m a coffee geek)- Salt, pepper, sugar, bunch of dry seasonings, soy sauce etc, garbage bags, and enough, toilet paper, and paper towels to last a week for us, since it was only two of us. The King size bed was exceptional, Tempur-pedic mattress perfect firmness not too hard not to soft not too hot. Another plus was a wide assessment of quality bed pillows to choose from. Not the flattened, pancake kind, but many different densities. Very very clean, high-quality linens. Did not try the Queen size beds. as there were only 2 two of us, but the extra bedroom is good sized Awesome big TVs in each room and the lanai was quite large. I sat out there every morning to read and drink coffee and watch the sun

My family and I had a magnificent stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a fabulous location. The beds were so comfortable, we all slept great each night. The kitchen was well appointed and the access to grills allowed us to cook a lot at home. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool. It was very quiet and we were always able to get a chair and umbrella. There were a ton of beach towels and other beach items all in great shape. The balcony/lenai was so spacious. We ate all our home cooked meals outside. And we loved being able to walk to town and get coffee in the morning (or rent kayaks, shop, eat, etc.). We rented a 4 door Jeep Wrangler for off-roading. We didn’t have trouble parking in the spot once we read the instructions. It was very easy to back into. Definitely read the house manual. It is so helpful! Thank you for making the Big Island a magical stay!
