Maison adaptée à notre groupe de 6 amis…
De l’espace…une belle pièce de vie ( cuisine, salon, salle à manger avec une immense table…) 6 chambres , 3 sub, 2 wc séparés , un immense garage et une chouette terrasse /piscine au dernier étage…
Pas de remarque négative en ce qui nous concerne…

Good location to get tram line 2 into the town centre.
Spacious accommodation across 3 floors (4 if you count roof top)
Parking for 2 cars.
Washing machine was appreciated.
Little things like initial tea/coffee laid out, with plenty of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc is a nice tough.
Responses from the company/host was very prompt.
The apartment has clearly had heavy wear & tear since the display photos were taken.
We were told about the broken glass on the hob in advance, but despite assurances it was safe we didn’t want to use it. The oven is complicated. We googled the brand and model number but couldn’t get any results for a manual, so we had to guess the functions and timing which didn’t always work, with spoilt meals.
One of the open plan wooden steps to the living area is split.
The 2 sofas are heavily marked and stained, plus a couple of cigarette burns. There was also an odd aroma so we didn’t want to sit on them without covering them with towels. I informed the host who acknowledged they knew about this, with a statement that they are sorry the sofas hadn’t been cleaned to our satisfaction.
There are 2 bedroom floors, with 1 toilet and 1 separate shower room to serve 3 bedrooms (6-7 people) on each floor. The ‘main’ bedroom has an open plan bath & sink area which might help with showering if that floor is fully occupied.
The bedroom storage is inconsistent - either a wardrobe or Ikea style cube units or back of the door.
2 soap dispensers were broken.
Deep cleaning is needed in all kitchen drawers & cabinets, in all corners, and under the rugs in all the rooms.
The hairdryer in the first floor bathroom was dangerous - the plastic was burnt and melted & it nearly caught fire when I turned it on. The host did send someone round the same day with a brand new replacement.
The ‘pool’ is hot tub size, with the surrounding area and blue plastic cover showing signs of mildew and damp, so given the cleaning status of the rest of the apartment we didn’t use it.
The front door requires a definite knack to lock/unlock . We found it easier to enter/exit the apartment vis the garage door.
The street is a cul de sac, which sadly has a general air of neglect with overflowing rubbish bins.
