We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lord! It’s a perfect base for exploring Pula, Kamenjak, Medulin, Rovinj and the surrounding area.
The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Out of all the apartments I’ve stayed in, this was definitely one of the best. Both bedrooms had air conditioning and a TV, so everything was there for a really comfortable stay.
The area is very peaceful and quiet. At night, there was literally dead silence, which, together with the shutters, made it incredibly easy to get a good night’s sleep and properly rest before another day of exploring.
The communication with the owner was excellent. He was very friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed.
There are shops and places to eat nearby. It took us only about 15 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment by car. I would definitely recommend having a car during your stay, as it makes getting around and exploring the area much easier.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich bemerkenswert und einfach toll.
Die Lage ist top kurze Wegstreckn nach Pula, Medulin usw. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Unsere FeWo hatte alles was man benötigt. Unser Pupertier war begeistert über sein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool war auch toll. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat einen direkten Zugang zum Pool. Der Pool und der ganze Gartenbereich wurden jeden Tag gesäubert. Zwei wunderbare Terrassen zum Handtücher trocknen und abends Entspannen. Die Klimaanlagen in den Räumen funktionierten einwandfrei. An der Aussattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Ein Parkplatz war auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück im Schatten vorhanden. In Pomer gibt es einen Plodine Supermarkt und einen Bäcker. Nächster Lidl ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt in Medulin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

We like everything about the property. Modern, very clean, quiet, the kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay. There are two air conditioners that is a huge advantage if you stay in the hottest season. The pool is not big but it is a bonus to sit by and to relax in the evening hours.My son loves swimming in it in the late evening when the lights are on:)). The location might seem not very convenient at the first sight because it is around 1 km from the beach (we are travelers without a car) but it turns out the best in Pomer because it’s located in-between the only supermarket (5 min walk) and the beach. The host is welcoming and friendly. Because of the late flight he allowed to keep our luggage for the whole day.
We didn’t find any minuses. Only ice cubes tray was missing😜
