Nos encantó el lugar, una casa bastante grande, buena vista, la relación precio calidad es correcta, la atención del guarda que nos recibe y la señora de limpieza son muy amables y atentos, el desayuno muy rico.
La luz de la casa de noche es muy baja, cuando ya tocaba encender las luces se miraba muy oscura toda la casa, con excepción de los cuartos que muy bien la luz, quizás poner un tipo de luz un poco más alta para mejorar la experiencia.

What a great place this turned out to be. Super spacious, new and sparkling clean, beautiful view over the water, nicely stocked kitchen. The security guys were nice and the woman there during the day was incredibly kind and helpful. She cooked a delicious breakfast each day (included in the price) and was always available if I needed anything. Best value place I stayed at in Nicaragua.

beautiful sea view, even without enough seating options
- we arrived around 2pm, the room was not ready until 6pm
- they just put the previous guets backpacks just into the common area, they were not around
-kitchen and floors very dirty
- bedsheets in the dorm were dirty, maybe someone slept on it before
- not enough chairs for every guest
