Posizione ottima, struttura accogliente e pulita, proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile
L'aria condizionata nelle giornate molto calde può non essere molto efficace, visto che è presente solo in camera da letto e in sala no; il monolocale è in ogni caso piccolo quindi comunque non è un grosso problema

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Bezpiecznie i spokojnie. Wymarzone miejsce na zakupy. Blisko również znajdują się obiekty, które warto w Pizie zwiedzić i koniecznie zobaczyć. Świetne restauracje i kawiarenki w pobliżu.

The location of the apartment is also very good, as it is within close distance of many of Pisa’s main attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot. The people staying in the building were also friendly and pleasant.
Regarding cleanliness, unfortunately, the floor was not cleaned properly when we arrived. We also noticed that the towel heater had a lot of dust on it. We found this particularly unhygienic, as towels are placed directly on it after showering. We believe that more attention should be given to the cleanliness of these areas before guests arrive.
The shower is quite small, and unfortunately, the water was really cold, which made showering uncomfortable. The air conditioning is also quite noisy, especially when trying to sleep. Additionally, the coffee machine seemed not to be working. We tried to operate it, but unfortunately, we could not get it to work.
