The location and the terrace is excellent. I would recommend a small car as the parking and driveway to turn around are small and tight. Air conditioning is great and plenty of hot water. Within walking distance to two lovely beaches with tavernas and the village of Spartachori. We had a lovely stay for 5 days. Would recommend it! Three minutes to the ferry by car.
The toilet leaked with flush (owner notified and was to contact plumber). Shower would benefit with a curtain around it.

Good communication with directions before arrival.
Plenty of hot water for showers
The property was clean but very shabby, outdated and cluttered. This would have all been ok if the accommodation was cheap, but it wasn’t!!
The property would benefit from a refurb!
AC worked some of the time, but often just cut out in the middle of the night.
This place did not represent good value for money for me.
