This property is very well located in the heart of Epernay, with everything close by. It's only a short walk to Av. de Champagne. A very high end parking garage is a couple of blocks away - but be warned; if staying for a day or more, be sure to convert your parking ticket into the daily rate at the pay machine once you're parked, and before the first 24 hrs. This will save you a fortune in parking fees. The apartment has plenty of space is well equipped and comfortable. The shower is spacious and has good water flow.
Whilst it was easy to get the keys from a lockbox outside, in the heat of the moment it wasn't clear that the front door key is actually a FOB, so we called to ask where the other "key" was. The is no AC in the apartment, so on the first night we left the windows open and there was some street noise from people talking and vehicles running over the cobble stones. The staircases within the apartment itself are also very narrow and twisty to lug a suitcase up. The toilet is still a bit wobbly (as reported by other reviewers).

Lovely apartment and just a short walking distance to the train station and everything else you could ask for in the area! We were able to walk to all of the champagne houses very easily.
Communication was easy and they kindly accomodated early check-in.
The stairs up to this apartment are quite something and we were a group of 3 young(er) and relatively fit people. Once you get into the apartment, there are yet more stairs to get to the bedroom.
