I appreciated the host meeting us at the gate and driving us to our room. The breakfast was great and our room was beautiful. Staff was helpful!

It is very difficult to get rides to/from the hotel. Uber black was ok, but definitely fell through on the early departure we needed on the last day.

Probably the most amazing place I've ever visited. So many different areas to relax, each room gas it's own character and the interior is an amazing mix between modern and rural - each room is embedded into the rock, while amenities are modern and lighting compliments the space impeccably. Staff is incredible, atmosphere makes you want to have a wedding at this venue and you just don't want to leave.

היה יכול להיות מושלם אם המזגן בלילה בשעה 23:00 לא היה נסגר עד 08:00 בבוקר בשבוע הכי לוהט באירופה. לילה סיוט בחום בלתי נסבל ואין אף אחד לדבר איתו כי בקבלה לא נמצאים החל מ22:30 ועד 08:30 בבוקר. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאד אבל ישיבה בחוץ בגינה ושוב בימים חמים זה ממש לא סימפטי.

מזגן שלא עבד וארוחת בוקר בגינה כשחם ואין אופציה אחרת פחות נחמד.
