The host is prompt in responding to communications and manages the property very professionally. Breakfast is the typical packaged pastries etc which are in the room with coffee/tea facilities and fridge which means you can eat whenever you want particularly when leaving early.
Room & bathroom are extremely clean and well maintained.
Stored our luggage in a secure locked room after check-out.
Location is central for all sights and 300 metre walk to/from station. Neighbourhood is safe to walk at night.

Communication and staff approach generally.
Some noisy machine right behind the window, need to throw toilet paper in the bin, beds could be more comfortable.

Clean, modern and cosy apartment. Very nice and helpful owner, great location ckose to the city center. Nice restaurant and pizzeria with good prices very close to the apartment. Very nice stay in Palermo, we might come back soon :)

It was said there would be 2x single and 1x double, but were 2x double. AC didn't work
