Beautiful and enchanting chalet with breathtaking panoramic mountain views. FULLY AIR CONDITIONED (and of course heated). Fully equipped just renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Main bathroom has just been fully renovated. Windows galore to take in the extraordinary scenery. Wrap-around deck and a cathedral ceiling in the recently renovated great room. Eat out on the deck or lounge to take in the views. Sit outdoors around our fire pit. Very private, but easily accessible. Located nearby to the quaint towns of Margaretville, Roxbury, Andes and Phoenicia. Just 1/2 hour from Woodstock and 2 1/2 hrs from NYC. The chalet is fully equipped. Free wireless high speed Internet access. 55" Smart HDTV. All activities nearby such as tennis, skiing, swimming, canoeing, tubing, golfing and hiking. Just 7 minutes from Belleayre Ski Center and Lake and only 5 minutes to Hanah Mountain Resort and Golf Club. Great restaurants and local breweries.

Another wonderful stay at the mountain chalet! This has become a well loved vacation for our family. Lee is an amazing host to work with and we are already looking forward to our next stay! The chalet is always clean and set up with everything we need!The recent renovations to the upstairs are beautiful but the view ….. that is spectacular! There is nothing better than waking up, sitting on the deck, hot cup of coffee in your hand and watching the sunrise over the mountains!

My husband, dog, and I absolutely loved our stay at Lee's place. Driving up to the house, we were astounded by the breathtaking view. The house itself is very clean, organized, and cozy. All the essentials are there. The windows all look out to the gorgeous mountains and we felt surrounded by beauty the entire time. One of our favorite places to sit was the expansive deck. It's so nice to have padded outside furniture and a barbecue. The lawn was a great feature too, and it was lovely that Lee sent out mowers to cut the grass on our first morning there. We loved sitting around the fire pit at night, too. It was so quiet and peace. Thank you for a great vacation!

Lee has been very helpful, did allow late check out to ensure my 1yr old daughter gets her nap. Apart from that, views from the property are fantastic, highly recommend this place

Pros: beautiful views, close to skiing and town, good communication, nice new kitchen and downstairs bathroom, perfect for one family! Cons: the old red carpets in the rooms were kinda gross. Overall- good stay!!
