Fabulous location..quiet and peaceful..waking up to the sound of the sea..felt secure..allocated parking spot a few steps away..
Good bed linen, plenty of spare pillows and towels..
Extremely comfortable beds..
Night light in the hallway is a very useful benefit..as is the wind up torch in the boiler cupboard as it's very dark outside at night...no streetlights..
A few housekeeping issues.. blinds not usable, broken and dirty.. fair bit of dust..book selection was very dusty and 'sticky'..
Poor kitchen supplies.. only provided washing up liquid.. I appreciate there was a dishwasher and tablets but if only having breakfast we felt it wasn't necessary to use it.. some of the glasses were not clean.. under the sink was not pleasant, a very unsanitary greasy washing up bowl which I couldn't bring myself to use.. no cleaning products provided for wiping down..
No little extras as you would expect from the description of 'luxury'.. a small welcome pack of at least a few teabags, sugar and milk would be nice as there is no local shop.. the Stokeley farm shop is brilliant for everything but not helpful if you arrive late in the day..
The 'Manhatten' tv remote didnt work but discovered the batteries were dead so had to take some out of the firestick remote..
Faulty lamp in one of the bedrooms, worked intermittently..
Would be an idea to have catches to hold the glass doors open when it's warm otherwise we had to wedge them with the chairs..

The location was fantastic and great it had a parking space.
The apartment was not clean and the bedding smelt. In the middle of a heatwave there were 13.5 tog duvets. The pillows were uncomfortable, it did not feel luxurious. Not provided with any hand soap for the toilet or a welcome pack with milk. Attention to detail poor, marks and cobwebs on walls and curtains. Kitchen plinth needed fixing, no champagne flutes, fob for the car park barrier didn’t work.
