We were fascinated by the garden. Limes, papaya, plantains, guanabana, and more all grow in a beautifully manicured oasis outside our door. We were likewise fascinated by the Cenote, surrounded by jungle, serene and cool. The villa’s architecture lent a feeling of openness and security at the same time. Windows that faced the jungle were naturally private with minimal window treatments, windows that faced the courtyard oasis were block-wavy glass that let in plenty of light. Clever forethought. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen easy to prepare food in, and the two bathrooms were a just-right size. Everything was impeccably clean. Finally, the artwork on the wall was tasteful and interesting. Nothing cheesy!
In this area of Mexico…can’t flush paper down the toilet. Not the owner’s fault. Just saying. Also, we loved that we could ride our bikes just about anywhere (Cozumel is flat as can be). we wished the bicycle seats were adjustable. I believe the owner is fixing this small problem.

Mini Pini is a lovely apartnent, very clean with everything you need and the owners are very welcoming and helpful. Great to have a washing machine and tumble dryer too. The aircon and internet worked well

the location in the jungle was so cool, i loved it!
it was a little far from town, not a problem really as I enjoyed the solitude, but something to be aware of. we rented a car and all was good
