A kulcs átvétel katasztrófális: a kulcs a szállástól közel 1 kilométere vehető át, ez oda-vissza közel két kilométeres extra gyaloglást jelent. A foglalás utáni levélben ígért welcome kávénak nyoma sem volt; a hűtő beállított hőmérséklete túl magas (8 fok).

it smelled of cigarette smoke, the bed blocked access to the patio, the password for the internet didn’t work, the key to the gate didn’t work and when I told them it didn’t work, they told me to try harder. as it turns out the lock had been changed so they had to get me a new key but I couldn’t leave the apartment that evening because I didn’t have a way to get back in and the apartment isn’t in the nicest part of town.
