Das Haus Carinthia bietet wunderschöne Ferienwohnungen mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einer hervorragenden Lage, die sowohl Wanderungen in die Berge als auch die Anfahrt mit dem kostenlosen Bus oder dem eigenen Auto zu allen touristischen Zentren und Bergbahnen in der Umgebung ermöglicht. Unseren Kindern haben besonders das kostenlose Schwimmbad und der nahegelegene Kinderspielplatz gefallen.
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns durch ihre Sauberkeit und die Liebe zum Detail der Gastgeber beeindruckt, die für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt der Gäste sorgen. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer – ein Kinderzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Elternschlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Zwischen den Schlafzimmern befindet sich ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeevorrat, Smart-TV und schnelles WLAN). Die Ferienwohnung ist frisch renoviert und die Ausstattung mit Geräten und Technik ist sogar umfangreicher als bei uns zu Hause. Der private Parkplatz war ein großer Pluspunkt für unser Auto. In 200 m Entfernung befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich und familiär.
Es war ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub.

The hosts were fantastic welcoming us on arrival and providing plenty of helpful information. A bus pass was included for easy access to St Anton, along with complimentary use of the onsite spa centre. The location was excellent, the was a short but inclined uphill walk to local shops, the bank, restaurants, and ski hire facilities.
Our stay was truly wonderful, offering the perfect balance of skiing, relaxation, and authentic Austrian cuisine. The food at nearby restaurants was outstanding. The accommodation itself was warm and comfortable, with cosy beds, quality bedding, and all the essentials provided, including towels, a fridge, kettle, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We also appreciated the boot room for storing skis.
Although there was a city tax to pay, everything was clearly explained in advance. We were even welcomed with a thoughtful thankyou note, free WiFi, and some chocolates.
Thank you so much for such a memorable stay we absolutely loved it and would wholeheartedly recommend it for both its location and exceptional hospitality..

The apartment is close to a busstop with a 7 minute bus drive to the skislopes of Sankt Anton.
Bedrooms are spacious and the owner is a very friendly woman.
There was a very strong sigaret smell in the entire apartment. We found this very unpleasant.
