Location is up on the hill with great views of the lake and mountains. It is very very quiet day or night. Very large apartment, very clean.
The kitchen has everything needed to prep meals.
Parking available even during high vacation season.
The apartment could use an AC unit for the hot days. I know that in Campione most of the time an AC is not needed, but during my stay, it was very hot so do your homework.
The beds mattresses are firm by the nord american standards, again, I know that in Europe is common a firm bed so do your homework.
I said the location is great but access is challenging for a beginner driver, narrow entrance from the main road, twisted and inclined, for experienced drivers will not be a problem.

The apartment is spacious and provides a large balcony with stunning views on the lake. There are many beautiful places to visit in the vicinity.
The bedding was awful. After our stay of 3 nights we left physically and mentally broken due to a tremendous lack of sleep because of the very hard mattresses and flocky pillows. On top of that, the pillows and sheets seemed to be unwashed, and had a heavy smell of body odor which we found really gross. The apartment resembled the photographs, but then with a grey veil over it. We also experienced a peculiar atmosphere.
