Everything, but the toilet was out of the room.

Nothing. The toilet was out of the room.

Déco originale, très propre et accueil chaleureux. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

The proprietor was very friendly and recommended a nice dinner restaurant. He carried my suitcase upstairs. The room was clean and bed was comfortable enough, though a double so not very roomy for two. The house had a pretty front garden area with tables and chairs.

This is an old-style chambre d'hotes, and its age showed. The toilet, though private, was across the hall--the sink and shower were in the bedroom itself (not a separate room). The decor was extremely dated and had an exotic flair, with large painted patterns on the wall and sheets that were a bit 60s psychedelic and a non-matching but similar bedspread. It was like staying in the upstairs bedroom of a nice old aunt who hadn't updated her furnishings in 50 years.
