About this house rental
This adorable bungalow is less than 1 mile (walking distance) from Daikin Park, Shell Stadium, George R Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green and city center. Just a train ride (5 minute walk to train platform) to NRG football stadium, Midtown, Theater District, Museum District, and University of Houston. Beautiful park across the street. Great neighborhood. Walk to many local pubs, restaurants, and various other types of entertainment. Children under 12 are allowed on a case by case basis, as our bungalow is not set up for children.

The Beach House theme provided a relaxing respite in my very busy workweek. The bungalow is cozy, clean, and a first-class accommodation inside and out. It's newly renovated, with a walk-in shower, full kitchen, and comfy living room/dining area. Styled like a beach house in soothing colors and lovely decor. A brilliant touch is power strips where you need them. There's off-street parking at the front door. It's located in the lively, upbeat EaDo (East Downtown) area of Houston, where neighborhood restaurants, bars, and shops are plentiful nearby, including the original Ninfa's restaurant. It's just across the freeway from downtown, a :30-minute walk or short Uber ride to the George R. Brown Convention Center, and Daikin Park is also within walking distance. The very nice young landlords are next door and responsive to requests. I slept in the queen-sized bed, which is comfy, but I didn't open the hide-a-bed in the couch, so I don't know the quality of sleep there. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay, ideally located near to Daikin park to enjoy an astros game. Metro is close by also! Owner was very communicative we really enjoyed our visit!!!
