Pleasant

Location in Glendora near where I had an appointment. Hosts, a very elderly couple, were friendly.

Very small room in an unfinished basement of an older home. Fridge, coffee available on a narrow counter so difficult to actually make a meal. Parking very limited. No on street parking my small car was tucked onto the grass by driving up the neighbor’s driveway and inching past their car.

I didn't have a breakfast. Coffee was good once I was shown how to turn it on.

The hostess must remember to turn on a hall light.

I would stay there again with no hesitation.

Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom etc. had extra amenities. Host was very friendly and the backyard and neighborhood are beautiful.

No dislikes.

Never ever again.

Cheap. But I did not stay there, I left.

Room in the basement, small, small Window, Side entrance, hard to find. The stairs down have very low clearance, I hit my head twice. Looked clean but had an awful smell I could not stand. Loud Building site on the other side of the street. Washroom to share with another guest. No service, the old lady was not too happy about me calling her for the location of the entrance (That I could not find) and told me she send me self check-in information 4 times. She tried to be friendly but I guess she was somewhat annoyed that I disturbed her. Not my cup of tee. I was raised in hospitality and worked over 40 years in the industry. But it all not that bad than this strange smell. As a trained MasterChef (Gold Seal) I have a very fine taste and smell, Could not stand that. I left and checked into a hotel.

Disappointing

The host was very hospitable and kind. She was willing to accommodate us past checkout time if we needed it, which was very nice.

I didn't read the description carefully enough and hadn't realized that this was shared accommodation with another guest. That was my own fault. However, if I had realized that, I would've booked elsewhere. Because this is an older house, it has the typical older house "charm" and that just isn't something that I personally am looking for in a stay.

The location was great for my purposes and price was spot on for the accommodation. Lots of restaurants and breakfasts within an easy walking distance.

Very good

I had a difficult stay while I was in Edmonton and Jennifer's friendliness and concern made my stay much more comfortable. The sauna is amazing.

Lock that lite up would have been nicer. Was thre when I was super cold. Trying to get the cell phone out for the flash light was cold on hands

This quiet and friendly accommodation is located near Edmonton's 124 St. It is good value for money, and I found the owners friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location, cozy room, lovely host!

Perfect location, lovely hosts. The room is comfortable and cozy, I had everything I needed! I would strongly recommend this accommodation to lonely travelers in Edmonton.

There are stairs to go in and out of the house, so if you have heavy luggage it might be challenging. It's the only thing I can actually think of!

Very good

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness was good. The room was spacious and comfortable. They are also very understanding, as we accidentally lost the key to our room, but all they responded with was kindness knowing that it was just a mistake.

The lock on my bedroom door did not catch & hence did not lock. The throw does not match the space in the door jam. A light outside would be great, I could not find any light to get downstairs. How do you get into your beautiful back yard, I could not find the latch to enjoy coffee in the AM. I stay again August 149 & 20, Tim.
