About this condo rental
Situated in Montego Bay, this charming condo for $260 per night is a great option for your next break. This 1450 sqft feet spacious, fully furnished 2 bedroom apt has a superb location. It is in the first block, closest to the sea which provides unobstructed view and complete privacy. It is located in a gated complex with 24 hour security in the prime, safest, Montego bay Freeport neighbourhood. It is within walking distance to Yacht Club, Beach and Secrets hotel. My place is good for couples, solo and business travellers, families (with kids), big groups. Space Complex has 2 swimming pool, small beach, 5 min walk to Secrets Hotel and you can have access to the beach . It is 10-15 min drive from Montego Bay airport and 7-10 min drive to worlds famous Hip Strip and Dr Cave beach. We have wifi , washer and fully equipped kitchen. Please note, the space is ideally suitable for 2 couples. Living room can be used for additional people but the sleeping arrangement there would be either a couch or inflatable mattress. Guest access Fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished apartment, wifi, washer , dryer, 24 hour security, 2 swimming pools, bbq area, yacht club access, we can also arrange taxi and private tours for you. Airport pick up is 30$ (we wait for you as long as it takes), or 50$ round trip. in addition, guest have free beach access . Guest interaction As often or as little as required by you Neighborhood overview Freeport is one of the safest residential neighbourhood in the entire Jamaica. It is located on a small peninsula and you would be able to observe water from our complex and across the street. It is a hub for all yachts and cruise ships. Adding to a beautiful view both during the day time and night. The main beach is besides Secrets hotel by Hard Rock Cafe. While you have a free access there (dr cave you would need to pay$6). You wont be able to access Secrets hotel unless you buy a day pass ($120), There are few dining options within walking distance. Yacht club Seahorse Grill (closest), HouseBoat grill (voted as top 3 restaurants in Jamaica), restaurant and Montego Freeport shopping center. Within 5 min drive you can reach Jerkys, Fairview plaza with few restaurants, groceries stores (my favourite is Progressive Foods), coffee shops (Blue Café inside Fontana), several Banks, movie theater, 24 hour doctor, pharmacy. Also there is Mosino casino 5 min drive from us (besides Megamart grocery store). Pier 1 is also close by and great option for dinner and dancing ( wed and fri night). Famous hipstrip with its shopping, Margaritaville restaraunts and dr Cave beach is within 7-10 min drive. Getting around The only public transportation is route taxi (1$ per person to downtown. And another 1$ if you want to go from downtown to hip strip or airport). They have red plates and sign on the side of the car. You will share your car with other people. For everything else you will need a private cab. The prices will depend on your negotiation skills. We have guests who get a ride for 5$ to hip strip and others who pay 25$. Average would be 8-10$. You should confirm a price before getting into the car and always negotiate. There are a lot of drivers by Sunscape hotel. Other things to note In Freeport you can walk safely at night. You can request a helper at extra price to provide additional cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping.

The location is great, the apartment were elligently style, it was a place that welcomed you and make you wanted to stay and spent a lot of time. The views is awesome, any, issues the manager is on site to make things right, I definitely will return to this place.

Property was very clean. Our driver, Herwin was great & always available when needed. Property manager got back to us in a timely manner. The property manager is very fair & willing to work with. I would definitely book with this property again.

Very comfortable apartment, beach access included in price at the Hard Rock across the street. It is a very nice beach. The apartment was spacious and in good order, good amenities. Absolutely loved the apartment!
Four of us ladies stayed here. We were in love. It was so nice to feel like we were coming home each day. The place is beautiful, and modern, just as pictured. The location is great as well. I definitely hope to make this my place to stay in Montego Bay!

The best flat in Montego Bay
The flat is simply amazing. Spacious, extra clean and with an amazing view that will make regret not spending more time indoor. The hosts Nadia and her sister went extra mile to give customer satisfaction.
The flat has everything you need, a well equipped kitchen, the bed is very confortable and if you want yo can chill by the pool as well.
Everything is well maintained and taken care of and is located in a high end neighbourhood.
You have a beach at 5 min walk and the downtown is at 7 min by car.
I really recommend renting this appartment. You will not be disappointed.
Also, Nadia can help you with tips about Jamaica and recommend you amazing tours at the best price on the market.

Great landing place for your island tour, Jamaican holiday or business trip!
This place was easy to find. Super clean and comfortable!! Nadia was a GREAT communicator and we were able to find all local grocery stores and managed to just chill before our big work trip. Great place to acclimate to the beautiful weather.

Just gorgeous!
Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of a small harbour. The swimmingpool is right outside and the apartment is surrounded by lots of green grass. The apartment is nicely decorated, two bathrooms, two bedrooms with comfy beds, a kitchen, living room.. It's clean and very well kept. My favourite place was the huge balcony with rocking chairs! Really enjoyed my stay and the owner was very friendly and helpful!

Girls trip
This location is amazing. We stayed here for my sister and I birthday week. The view is wonderful and the location is very clean and modern. Everything is in walking distance .We will most definitely be staying here again. Thank you Nadia, AL and the house cleaner for making this a trip one we will never forget

Amazing Stay
Nadia was extremely easy to work with! She's responsive, extremely detailed, knowledgeable and has the best personality. Property is clean and very homely with breathtaking views. The red stripe amenity was also a nice touch.

Fabulous stay!
What a beautiful property that has pictures that are true to form ! Vacationed here with my husband and two kids two weeks in January. Weather was fabulous and condo had two beautiful rooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms. Afforded us privacy but was large and spacious. Great television programming available for kids needed on two rainy afternoons during our two week stay. Washer was available, making the stay family friendly and convenient! Nadia was SUPERB!!!! She was so sweet and accommodating and ever so helpful. The grounds had an expansive beautiful lawn and two large pools for the kiddos! Definitely used the condo pass for Hard Rock Cafe beach and enjoyed our 10% discount. Highly recommend and will be back !!!

Nice apartment, definitely worth it!
This apartment is in a quiet relaxing location in Montego Bay. It's in a complex of houses, there's always a guard at the gate, so it's controlled who's coming in - which makes the place more safe. Near the house are two big swimming pools, well maintained green and a seating to chill and enjoy the view of the bay. Very quiet area, noone disturbs, we appreciated.
We also liked to have a breakfast on the balcony with the view of the sea.
There was everything we needed in the apartment, especially in the kitchen. The owner was also very helpful.
You can't find shops in a very close distance, but there's a good restaurant nearby and Hard rock cafe beach. You can get to the shopping centre (which is not far and you can find there everything) by a taxi for 100 JD, that's less than 1 USD. To the bus station for 200 JD. That's normal prices for a route taxi in MB.
We always took a taxi, it's cheap and better than to try to walk to the town.
I'd like to recommend this apartment to everyone seeking a nice place to stay in Montego Bay.
We checked the options and this was so far the best and affordable accommodation in a safe location.

Beautiful property with amazing owner!
Such a wonderful property in a nice location of Montego Bay. The apartment is clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that I needed. It has a nice view of the harbor and I was able to hop in to the pool right next door. I also got free access to the private beach at the Hard Rock Cafe just 5 minutes walk down the road. The property itself is in a gated community away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, so I was able to safely relax and enjoy my stay with not a single worry.
What made the stay extra special was how amazing the host/owner was. She is a very kind, knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating person, and gave me many tips and recommendations on what to do in not only Montego Bay but all of Jamaica.
I wish I could stay at this property longer but I will definitely be staying at this wonderful property next time I'm back in Montego Bay.
Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe relaxing place to stay in Montego Bay!
