Bed comfortable
The guest besides my room so noisy in the middle of the night and morning

+ The accommodation was quite decent.
+ Accommodation was possible 2 hours earlier than regular check- in.
- Employees do not know very English, it is more difficult to communicate.
- We had a reservation at the hotel RedDoorz near UW1. We came to the address and there we found out that the hotel is closed. We were not informed that we would be staying at the hotel RedDoorz near UW2. The employee at Hotel 1 could not explain or show us where to stay. Despite the great language barrier, employees could take the initiative on their own and figure out a way to show where to go. Or someone should have come from the Hotel 2.
Be a little creative, invent - show the way, show the location of Hotel 2 on the map or try google translator.
Very exhaustive communication.
- Smoking is possible on the hotel premises. It is not pleasant for non-smokers.
