Everything. Located just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Friendly host. Great breakfast. Nice big room. Most importantly a very reasonable price given the cost of things nowadays.
I always try to include something but really difficult here. I can't find anything. Great value. Not sure why I didnt give it a 10.

Lovely room, with nice bathroom,/shower.
The bed was extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Aoife asked what we would like for breakfast, and we asked for something light, as we had been on the road for a few days, and it was constantly big breakfast, evening meal etc, we were ready for some relief.
So omelette was suggested, which turned out to be really tasty. Thankyou Aoife.🫶
It was a short walk into Listowel, where we dined at the Horseshoe Bar, which was one of only two places open for evening meals on Mondays.
It turned out to be very good, as I had an Irish stew, which was something I was hoping to try before leaving Ireland.
Wasn't anything to dislike at the b&b, everything was spot on.

Very clean property, well maintained good comfortable rooms.
Nothing it was excellent. Side note no good for wheelchairs as all bedroom are upstairs.
