Bring your registered snowmobiles; we have direct access to the VAST trail just up the road. Bring your ice skates for the ice rink located close by. Heading to beautiful southern Vermont during the summer or fall? Need a house for a family or two? Going for a wedding, golf outing, fishing trip, family reunion, or the scenic foliage? Would you like to relax and recharge? This is the house for you! Private yet minutes to Mount Snow for mountain biking, hiking, golfing, scenic chairlift rides, or attending one of the many scheduled events. Bring your own registered boat or jet ski to enjoy at nearby Lake Whitingham or Lake Raponda. You can also rent a boat, jet ski, and wakeboard at Lake Whitingham to water ski or tube. Enjoy your kayaks and canoes at the well-known Grout Pond just north of Mount Snow. Bring your bikes to ride on miles of private land and on the new bike path in the center of West Dover. Into mountain biking? Mount Snow is your destination with daily rentals and equipment available! There's also candlepin bowling and mini golf close by. Are you looking for peace and quiet? Read a book on the screen porch or make smores at the outdoor firepit. Don't forget about the spectacular fall foliage in Vermont! This 3-bedroom modern log home with a loft was built in the summer of 2002. Floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace in great room. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and maple cabinets. The master suite has a private newly renovated deck, queen-sized bed, master bath, dual sink vanity with quartz countertops, and a jetted whirlpool. One downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other is a children's bedroom with 2 full/twin bunk beds. Roku with DIRECTV streaming in the Master bedroom, which has a 42" flat screen. Roku with DIRECTV streaming in the living room, with a 65" flat screen. The basement is full of fun and games, including air hockey, ping pong, foosball, arcade bubble hockey, two basketball games, a video arcade with 60 games, and more! Great outdoor fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows. VERY CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED BY OWNER. LINENS INCLUDED. SORRY...NO PETS ALLOWED. Golf ( 2 public courses ): Mount Snow & Hermitage Special Events: Garlic Festival, July 4th celebrations, Brewer's Festival, Octoberfest, Reggae Festival Chili Cook-off, Weekly flea market in Wilmington, Summer Jazz Series and theater, Wine tastings.

Even though we had to cancel skiing due to rain, we had a great time playing the different games in the basement & relaxing with a movie in front of the fireplace. Very clean & well equipped kitchen!

John and Noreen’s cabin is amazing and our family had a great stay. We appreciated the communication, detail and accuracy of the listing and would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to enjoy all of what southern VT has to offer.

This home was clean and cozy with plenty of room for 8. We had four adults and fours kids. Kids ranging from 11 to 14 years old. The game room was a hit. A 10 min drive to mount snow. Plenty of stores and restaurants on the way to the mountain, including a little grocery store. The home really was perfect for us. We are hoping to return next year!

We stayed at the cabin for a short ski trip to Mt. Snow. The cabin was better than advertised, we really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable living room area and really enjoyed the beautiful fireplace after a day on the slopes.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! It was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the location only 10” to Mount Snow. Also, enjoyed a ride up Rte 100 to see the beautiful countryside and visit The Vermont Country Store. We highly recommend this cabin and hope to visit again. Happy New Year!

This was my family’s third time staying at John and Noreen’s home and each time has been such a great experience. The cabin and amenities along with the perfect southern Vermont location simply cannot be beat. The game room is especially a big hit with the kids and provided hours of entertainment. We have made such amazing memories here!

This place was better then advertised. We met John at the house, as we were early. We loved his cabin in the woods. It was absolutely perfect. The weather didn't cooperate, but that's what we get for booking so late in the season. However, 62 degrees and skiing in Vermont was great on Thursday and Friday. Saturday it rained, so we cut our trip short. Thx for the great stay John, and we'll look forward to your renovations and updates you spoke of for next season. I would absolutely book this property again. DP

From the start the owner was very responsive, informative and accommodating. We have rented several properties and this by far was the cleanest and most thoughtful rental. Great time hanging out with our adult children and their friends in the game room, around the kitchen table and in front of the fireplace. Comfy bedding, furniture, etc. Secluded but many conveniences nearby. Highly recommend!

The cabin is perfect to be able to get away from it all, and catch your breath!! Beautiful and cozy cabin will amazing amenities and the game room was perfect for the kids while I caught up on a book by the fire.

The owners' care for this home shows. There was plenty of space for our group of four adults and two children and the layout was excellent. The cabin was well equipped and very clean throughout. The arrangement worked well for coming and going with ski gear and wet footwear and the owners communications and instructions were clear and efficient. Highly recommended!

Super clean and convenient location. Great place for a small gathering or snow getaway. Peaceful location only a quick drive to bars and restaurants and the mountain. Well-appointed kitchen with plenty of supplies. Most of the machines in the game room aren't working but since we left the kids home it wasn't an issue for this trip. Thanks for a great time John and Noreen!
