It is located on the middle floor, you are able to view up and down the coast from your balcony, yet only one flight of stairs to get there. Parking for one car is provided in the driveway, and full access to the garage is given where you will find the laundry facilities, beach items or beach cruisers for you to use during your stay. Garage access is shared with the guests staying upstairs above you.  The living room area is a nice large open space that has views of the sparkling ocean.
