We enjoyed the location, being able to walk to the beach & market and restaurants. Home is located off the main drag. Very quiet neighborhood.
1. The a/c is under sized; the master bedroom has one undersized vent; room is hot at night while trying to sleep.
2. The kitchen is not great if you plan to cook. the layout is tight, no counter space. Dishwasher is a challenge to close & get started!
3. The management company does not even know the property. They do not answer their phone. The property was 84 degrees when we arrived. The didn't even know the correct coffee maker that was on site, their worthless!
4. The owner was on site, and we had to play car jockey for the driveway parking for a week! I rented this on the premise I did not have to park my new car on the street.
5. There is no TV in the secondary bedroom.
6. The outdoor deck area only has 2 small chairs & a small table, no outdoor dining!
7. The refrigerator is small and growls, it's on its last leg!
8. All the interior doors are frosted glass atrium style, no privacy!
9. Master shower smells of stinky mold, due to some idiot put a wood window in a shower! Its broken as well, will not open!
10. If you go in the winter, fireplace is a waste due to the funky arrangement of the furniture, and the dining table is on top of the fireplace! top on the table is not attached to the base.
11. The entry door is falling apart, and the exterior of a 2-million-dollar property needs a lot of exterior maintenance!
