The property was up to date, clean and everyone was friendly.

The breakfast was cereal, but you could make your own waffles. The staff was amazing and willing to help with any issue. We've stayed there several times, so we could be close to friends, but it's also within close walking distance to several restaurants, Starbucks and Kroger. Everything else is a quick/ cheap trip by Uber or Lyft. We will always stay here when we visit a few times a year.

The only complaint was being woken up because they thought it was our room beig loud. They were very rude, but this was the only thing that has ever happened in the several times we've stayed there. Otherwise, they've always been very pleasant.

Needs improvement.

Clean and comfortable bed, cold ac, and hot shower. No pests and no odors.

First room's security latch had been forcibly removed. Second room had loose bolts on security latch. Lots of grime build up in and around shower. Vanity mirror was chipped/broken in multiple places. Furniture tore up, sheet was cut. Bathroom door had been removed and remounted by terrible handymen, hard to close. Recessed lighting in ceiling didn't work. Surprise $50 deposit on check-in, and they don't give you back your original bills.

It has no breakfast option only cereal and waffle, the gym was under reconstruction and it had mold growing in grout in shower.

Easy to find. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Don't know why they only received 1 star, everything was great.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and situated close to IAH airport.

Disappointing

The location was great and close to many places to eat. Handy to get to highway. Did not try breakfast,

Stayed here before and loved it and wanted to return. However this time was much different. Original room was dirty so switched to another room that was better but still dirty. Dirty towels still hanging in bathroom. Floor so dirty could not remove shoes or socks. Elevator did not work so stairs only. Not sure what happened to this property. Had booked for 2 more days later in the week but had to cancel. Did not try breakfast because we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Too bad as we had loved our first stay and recommended property to others.
