Great location near the city center, train station and the beaches.
The smell, the mold inside every room, bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

A very good and clean accommodation located next to the railway station and the city center. All necessary equipment available. A bottle of local white wine and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge were a great surprise. A friendly owner who is always available over WhatsUp. A small and cozy garden
Electronic key only available after submission of personal data required for the registration at the police. Linking the key to the registration appears weird as the two are not really linked. In addition, it was not clear from the description that the kitchen and the fridge are shared between the two apartments located in the house. Luckily, the second apartment was not occupied during our stay. And the nearby area looked quite dark and empty at night.

Було чисто. Наявність праски, пральної машинки, капсульної кавомашинки, кухонного приладдя, і в принципі всього, що може знадобитись. Кондиціонер працював добре. Питань до самого помешкання нема. Доступ зі смартфона зручний. Супермаркет за 5 хвилин пішки. До моря 17 хвилин. До вокзалу 10 хвилин пішки. На пару днів зупинитись можна.
1. Постійний сильний шум від траси, яка прямо за вікном. Спати з відкритим вікном неможливо - автобуси, вантажівки, мотоцикли всю ніч.
2. Я не зрозуміла одразу, що кухня та вхідна частина спільна з іншими гостями. Мої речі були в цій зоні, коли мені написав господар з вимогою прибрати мої речі, на що я звісно погодилась і вибачилась. Пізніше господар надсилав мені скріншоти відгука від іншого гостя, звинувачуючи мене в тому, що той гість поставив йому низьку оцінку. Вимагав від мене, щоб я поставила 10/10, маніпулюючи моїм почуттям провини та сорому. Мій відпочинок був зіпсований таким відношенням до мене від господаря цього помешкання. Якби я знала, що зіткнусь з такою проблемою, я б не зупинялась в цьому помешканні.
