Easy to get to, close to the centre, with good bus connections. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of tea & coffee provided. Quiet. Lots of space for hanging clothes.
Access to the dining area is very limited, which isn't helpful for travelling with family. Doors were very noisy, which wasn't great in the middle of the night. Room description could be more clear about the lack of self-catering facilities as there's only a microwave available for heating food, no oven or cooker.

Great value stay in Belfast.
Breakfast (extra cost) was great and the young man doing breakfast was super friendly and attentive.
Room was very small, limited room for luggage/stuff.

Room was a nice size and beds were comfortable.
The room was extremely hot during the night, with no relief, and the noise levels were horrendous. There was constant traffic and planes taking off, making it very difficult to sleep and roadworks directly outside, from around 6am, the noise from the roadworks became even worse, meaning there was very little chance of getting any sleep. Overall, I spent more time awake due to the noise than actually sleeping.
