This renovated historic duplex home in one of Louisville's best locations is a real find. Beautiful restoration of a 1900 home with chic vintage vibe with all the modern comforts. Many shops and restaurants are in walking distance and the neighborhood is very friendly. I've visited the city many times and this is a favorite. I'll definitely return

Place was clean and in great location. Really lovely coffee spot across the street and close to awesome restaurants. House was super clean and neighborhood was really quiet. Rooms are connected with a door, so not a ton of privacy and one of the beds was not super comfortable, but it was only for a few nights, so that was not a deal breaker. Loved Louisville!

My wife and I went on a quick visit to Louisville KY and this was the perfect place. Easy to find, safe neighborhood, and so convenient. About 10 minutes from the airport, Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger Museum and the Falls of the Ohio. Mammoth Cave NP and Lincoln birthplace were about 90 minutes away but in the same direction The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were just 2, but the place could accommodate 4 very comfortably. Parking was on the street, but we weren't constantly coming and going and never had a problem parking near the house. We would definitely stay here again

This was everything I had anticipated. A beautiful and spacious apartment with plenty of light and towering high ceilings in an older home with real character. All the fixtures, lights, kitchen, bathroom, heating are modern and up-to-date. The site is only a few doors from busy and burgeoning Frankfort Avenue, but at all times of day the rooms are blissfully quiet. My host was always responsive in her communications and so polite. I would definitely return.

Super cute likely turn of the century home with touches that make you feel like you are at an art museum yet also sneaking a pic into the past. Close to highway for access and far enough from downtown that you aren’t in traffic all the time while being close to amazing food. Loved our stay and if back this way would 1000% stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It’s worth knowing both bedrooms are connected, so you need to walk through one (or the bathroom) to get to the back bedroom. This didn’t cause any issues on our trip, but it might for some. Host sent a straight forward email prior to arrival and everything was very clean and maintained. I would stay here again.

We were in Louisville for our daughter’s wedding so we stayed 5 nights. Affordable, quiet, great location!!! Having a kitchen was super helpful! We will stay here as we visit our daughter and new family in Louisville for years to come!

We celebrated a 40th birthday on the Bourbon Trail and this place was perfect for four adults. Checkin was easy and everything was clean upon our arrival. We didn’t realize the bedrooms were adjoining, but it didn’t bother us. Quaint front porch with table and chairs and swing to enjoy. Owners were easy to communicate with as well. Location is within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. I would recommend this place to anyone getting away for a long weekend.
