Exchange hours are between 11 am and 3 pm daily. *Our off-site Padre Island Rentals 24 Hour Guest Welcome Center makes check-in and late arrivals a breeze. Enjoy a piece of paradise at Suntide ll Condominium Community, Unit 206, your home away from home. A charming newly remodeled tropical themed condo perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island. Large windows bathe the living room with sunlight. Relax on the comfy couches, while reading a favorite book. When the sun goes down, watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water as you watch the game on the large flat screen TV Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. Stock up the large pantry with your favorite foods. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably. Barbeque area on the first floor to assist the pitmaster in the group. Enjoy a meal on the oceanfront covered balcony as you take in the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, spot pelicans passing by and savor the salty air kissing your face as it rushes by. In the afternoon sit back and enjoy a refreshing cool beverage as you watch the ocean waves dance back and forth along the shoreline. The primary suite has a king size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise through large floor to ceiling windows while snug beneath the covers. Wind down at the end of the day with a favorite show on the flat screen TV. Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite, featuring a beautiful walk-in tile shower with sliding glass doors, large marble vanity and spacious walk-in closet. The inviting guest bedroom features two full-size beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Additional amenities include 3 drawer dresser, flat screen TV and small walk-in closet. The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers a variety of activities to fill your day with fun. Enjoy a thrilling game of tennis, court located above the parking lot. Lounge by the pool or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy direct ocean access to the beach; if you so choose along the way stop for a game of sand volleyball. BUTTERFLY PARK: Right beside Suntide ll there is a beautiful 3rd beach access. The pathway has NO STAIRS, ensuring a smooth path to the beach. Butterfly Park has a covered picnic bench area for a picnic for the family, an artistic butterfly statue, and many varieties of native Rio Grande Valley plants. There is a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and shelter for Monarch butterflies during their annual cycle of reproduction and migration. No complaints about the property at all, other than when I went to hang a towel, the towel bar fell off the wall. The condo was very clean, more spacious than I expected and the furnishings were nice. The master bed was fairly comfortable, aside from terrible, cheap pillows, I would suggest bringing your own. The master closet is huge and the bedroom/bathroom has plenty of storage for longer stays. The location is excellent, the property was pretty quiet and beach access was awesome. Hot tub and pool were not overly crowded, probably given the terrible weather. We apparently booked South Padre the few days of the entire year that the sun is not shining so our trip was not great and we had little beach time due to rain but that wasn't their fault. At least when it rained, it was a short walk back to the condo. You can walk a few blocks to coffee shops, ice cream, food and the Dollar General. We preferred Milo's coffee shop. Overall, I would recommend this condo or even the building to anyone.

Your condo was perfect for the 4 of us - my husband and I, my sister and a friend. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with the great ocean view and easy access to the beach.

Absolutely spotless (this is a big deal in this age of Covid) and in a great beachfront location. The property is exactly as pictured online. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a beachfront condo on SPI.

All the instructions emailed to me in advance were spot on and made for an easy check in. Even the details to prepare us were very helpful. The accommodations were great and property was clean and aside from not having a cutting board handy (we used brown grocery bags as a substitute), this property had everything we needed. Because of COVID-19 we wanted to avoid visiting restaurants, so having a kitchen was very nice and we ate all our meals at the condo. Having trash cans right outside all the doors of the condos at this property was super convenient. The pool and jacuzzi were kept clean and the pool and jacuzzi water was crystal clear the whole time. Loved having the pathway to the beach right at the property. I can't think of anything that that was lacking (except that cutting board. :-) ) South Padre Island actually had a break in the main water line one day while we were there (someone who was repairing a fire hydrant broke the water line) and the property management company proactively texted me to let me know that water was going to be shut off while the workers repaired it. Top notch property management team. Would definitely go back to this property again.

Great escape during COVID 19!
This property had open stairwells and breezeway to get to the units. The unit had a very large balcony and was nicely furnished to cook all of our meals in. While on the beach, we were able to maintain more than 10 ft and we all had a blast relaxing in the Ray's! A much needed break and a lovely place to spend it!

Surprising
If you want to be far from the beach, don't want to be in walking distance from great restaurants, hate having ocean views and the sound of waves while drinking coffee and eating breakfast, and absolutely hate cleanliness .
This is not the place for you . We had A wonderful experience . Only complaint was the upstairs neighbors, which we have no control over . This is my forever condo . I want no other . We will be back !!!
