An exceptional traditional cycladic first floor summer residence(over ground level floor),but with contemporary facilities,exactly by the sea and its own direct access to sea,designed and built by the owner (civil engineer) who lives in the ground floor.
A true homeaway destination,an authentic cycladic homefeeling residence.
It is highly recomended as an ideal place with a high privacy for the quests, either for families with children(max total five persons,plus a baby or infant) or for one or two couples,or singles.
Baby cot, baby chair,baby relax seat, baby stroller are provided upon request with no charge.
From the moment you enter the house you get the feeling of being in your home.
During your stay ,all the needs of bottled water,all kinds of coffee,tea,sugar,juices are provided with no charge.
Fresh fruits, a bottle of wine and all you should need for your first breakfast (milk, bread, butter,eggs,honey,jam,flakes,edam cheese,ham,cookies) the day after your check in, are also offered with no charge for your welcome at home.
The living-room has traditional hand made furniture as well as the kitchen-dining area. The roof is wooden in all over the house. The white painted walls, the light green wooden doors and windows, the colorful linen and curtains, the high quality anatomic mattresses in beds and other small decorative and practical details, make you feel like being at your home.
In the living -room area we can add one single bed with anatomic mattress 90x190cm,upon request.
At the ground level where is the garden,there is a place with a charcoal BBQ,so you can enjoy to grill meat,fishes,vegetables.
The privacy by any meaning at the outside area and verandas is exceptional and a very good reason for everybody to stay in this house.
Another good reason to stay in this house is the experience of the fantastic view.
In the early morning you can really watch the sun rising,a spectacle that you can never get enough of it even if you watch it everyday.
During the night from the two level veranda you can relax and enjoy with your company in high privacy the moon rising and be overwhelmed by the full moon,the tranquility and serenity of the summer nights.
Along with all that you have a panoramic view of the village.
ACCESS TO THE SEA: In additional to all the above, one of the most important advantage of the house is its own direct access to the sea,either for swimming or for snorkeling along the rocky seashore and cave close to the house.
Early morning or late afternoon swim in front of the house is an experience you will enjoy every day of your stay in the house.
One stair leads you from the floor veranda to the big ground veranda.Going down a few steps from the ground veranda you reach a small beach with smoothed pebbles and by making one small step you find yourself in the sea water.
Ten meters away,on your left hand as you watch the beach there is a concrete made jetty that helps you to sun exposure or to fasten safely a small boat.
If you walk by the seashore or the road and after 300m from the house you reach the long sandy and tree-shaded beach of POLLONIA.
INSIDE DESCRIPTION: The house is 80sqm with two bedrooms, living room, dining area with kitchen and two bathrooms.
The queen bedded room has a door which leads to a balcony facing north the ground garden and a window facing west the ground garden.
The two twin bedded room has a window facing west the ground garden and a door which leads to the first level veranda facing south the sea and the village .
The living room apart from the main door(entrance) has a window and a door that leads you to the two level veranda facing south the village,the big ground veranda and the magnificent, extremely beautiful seaview.
One part of the veranda is sun protected with wood ceiling and the rest of it with a big umbrella.
ABOUT MILOS ISLAND: One of the most beautiful islands in Cyclades.
The island that you need at least seven days of staying,so that you will have a total picture of that(beaches,villages,monuments,
meuseums,landscapes,etc).

We had an absolutely wonderful say. Everything about the experience was great - from the location and service to the hospitality, cleanliness, and overall set up. The views from the outdoor porch were unbeatable from morning to night. Plenty of options for restaurants in the area and a lovely local beach. The host was fantastic and truly went out of his way to make us feel welcome and give up recommendations on the island. We highly recommend staying here if you want a smooth, comfortable, local and genuinely welcoming experience in Milos. We hope to visit again!

Spectacular property overlooking the harbor of Pollonia and short 5-10 min walk to the town and sandy, cove beach. The property owner, Babis, is like having your own personal concierge for the island of Milos! All of his recommendations for our family of 5 (which includes 3 teenagers) were all spot on! Babis’s knowledge of points of interest, beaches, and restaurants across the island was incredible…and he was so generous with his time in answering our questions about what to see and do. The home was spotless and easily accommodated our family with two separate bedrooms and a comfortable single bed set privately in the living room. The outdoor space is huge with comfortable patio set and dining area overlooking the water. I would recommend a rental car to fully explore the island. The property has street parking right in front of the house, so that was never a problem. Highly, highly recommend this property for your next stay!! We hope to be back in the future and enjoy the company of Babis.

I’m afraid if I leave too good of a review the secret will be out. This is a hidden gem. I’m convinced Pollonia is the most picturesque beach town in Milos and this must be the most beautiful stay in Pollonia. It’s right on the water. You can sit out on the patio and watch all the activities in the bay. The people, the boats, the quaint restaurants. Babis is the most amazing host. He stocked the refrigerator, sat us down and helped us plan our stay, and gave us maps, hand drawings, restaurant recommendations for the entire island and books of Milos. This is the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. I hope I get the opportunity to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our trip with our 3 kids. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved eating breakfast on the deck and playing in the water that is accessible for the back steps. Babis was a an amazing host, very friendly and helpful and provided everything we need to make our stay comfortable, including a fridge filled with breakfast items, fruit, juice and coffee. Location was also great. There’s a sand beach & playground within a 5 minute walk and several restaurants there as well. You’ll have a wonderful stay here!
