The breakfast was great and the location was excellent. We could walk to all the sites easily. We left our coats at the hotel and they immediately called us and we could go back and get them without issue. They had already labelled them to be mailed to our home if we wanted that. They were very helpful.
There is not always someone at the front desk so you may have to wait until they get back. There is no elevator so the luggage needs to be brought up the stairs.

I love the room. It is equipped with good amenities and they are clean.
It is in the third floor but the staff are so helpful to carry my luggage.
