The hotel is beautiful, with breathtaking views of Faito Mountain. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Overall, a lovely hotel with excellent service and stunning views.
A couple of small improvements would make the stay even better: it would be useful to have hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom for hanging towels, and some additional soundproofing around the room door would help reduce noise from the corridor and light.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Especially, Maria in the restaurant was very kind and nice.
The room was big and there was much space to move inside the room.
The pool was clean and there were a lot of seats around it.
The internet was the main problem. We stayed in the second floor. Neither wi-fi nor data connection did not work well although it was good in the hall.
Location was good but there was not any market around it so every time we should go to the center for market or restaurant. Moreover hotel locates on the hill which makes walking a bit difficult.

WiFi was weak and couldn’t do my work.
I couldn’t even connect to my family that I was traveling with. It only worked slow in the lobby, not the rooms or pool deck
