Really nice owner. Free luggage storage after checkout. Nice breakfast included. Good location and one of the cheapest in Selcuk.
Unable to use a card to pay. The toilet and shower is one floor below the bedroom. Unable to use hot water, only cold water.

We stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The owner was extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. It was easy to find free parking on the street nearby. The bed was comfortable, the room was perfectly fine, and the breakfast was really delicious.
The shared terrace was probably our favourite part of the stay. It was a lovely place to relax, although the mosquitoes were quite enthusiastic in the evenings.
The only downside was the shower. The water pressure was quite low and the water did not get particularly hot, especially if you prefer a very hot shower.

Our host was extremely helpful and pleasant.
Breakfasts were varied and tasty.
The room was very small...affording little room for our suitcases. There were no side tables or reading lamps, no cupboard or any hanging space for unpacking any clothing. The bedsheet was badly fitted and it kept pulling off the mattress. The pillows were extremely hard and large. When we requested different pillows, we were only offered one.
The bathroom had no towel rails to hang wet towels, there was no space / rack to leave toiletries and also no rack / shelf to have toiletries in the shower.
