Good location, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Some of the staff were rude and unresponsive to our requests. We complained about squeaky bathroom doors but nothing was done about it. One of the receptionists was lovely, but staff in the restaurant and breakfast room were impolite and appeared to be upset for even having to be there… Sad, as this always used to be our choice hotel when visiting Lubliniec.
