Location and serenity were fantastic. Not very busy and close to the sea and mountain.
Rooms were a bit bear. No TV - which was generally a positive.

This hotel is a gourmet destination. We took the half board package, and the breakfast and dinner meals were excellent! And the service and attentiveness of the staff, from the front desk to dining to housekeeping to the drivers, everyone was so wonderful.
Some parts of the hotel were starting to look tired and need sorting out. For example, the cushions by the pool, the wooden railings, etc need to be replaced / touched up. The water marks on the walls of the property and the courtyards of the garden room need sorting out. Finally, please do not let your chef's garden go to waste. I am pointing all these items out because my family and I totally love this property and hope they can improve to meet the full marks of 10.

It was quiet and the staff were friendly. Food was good but not exceptional.
Room dirty, maintenance issues and stains on everything. Bugs everywhere on sunloungers, definitely an ant problem by the pool so difficult to relax. Gym although open was not operational- machines not set up. When I asked for assistance with this, nobody came. Overall disappointing for the price and how it is advertised - not as luxurious as the pictures would suggest
