Ma'alaea Surf, Unit H3 is an ideally located ground floor condo, just steps from Sugar beach. This condo features a full kitchen and dining table. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The large living room has expansive views of the ocean. Enjoy Maui's colorful sunsets from your spacious private patio (lanai). This unit includes central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers located in guest laundry rooms on property.
The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 4. All units at Ma'alaea Surf are non-smoking.
Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

My husband and I have stayed here before and loved it so much we wanted to come back. Great location with the beach being the best for walking, hearing the waves, resting and playing in comfortable waves. Rental units very private, clean and comfortable. We will be back!
