Clean, modern, cozy, remarkably quiet room for the location. Deluxe rooms are bungalow-style on the ground floor, door and window facing a walled garden with a few trees and other plants. Love it.
Super friendly staff who appear to like working there. Refreshing.
Breakfast is room service and comes with a French press of real coffee, which is really nice.
Not much to criticize, these are suggestions:
- Common area could use a few repairs (doors).
- Some of the male staffers seemed a bit disoriented and might benefit from more training. That said, they were all quite young and possibly trainees.
- Breakfast has OK food if you like Filipino style (I do), but the quantity is quite small for a 6' 180 lb person. (1 small egg, a bit of rice, a bit of meat, 3 slices of cucumber.) Great coffee. Never change the coffee. :)

Staff are very friendly and we feel safe everytime we go there.
Sometimes its noisy from the outside, not very soundproof. But its also the culture of philippines everyone is always buzzing about.

I like the Staff. Very Polite and always ready for your help.
The only concern was not all can communicate good in English. Though all of them desperately want to understand what i am talking but have limitation in English.
Overall the best i like about the hotel is Staff.
To start with. Name board of the Hotel. Its very small and hardly one can notice it. A small banner stick on one glass is the identification of the Hotel, which was something a shock to me. Even my cab was in front of the hotel but was not able to identify.
Breakfast option given was very limited. Its like chose of leave. wish more option can be provided. though staff try to accommodate but with limited source they were helpless. Again the same is with dinner. In short you need to plan your food out of hotel if you need better options.
No cleaning was done during my stay of 6 nights. Not sure if that it is the way it has to be !
