I think that the staff made this place, so lovely and friendly
Really liked the balcony area overlooking the pool. Great place to chill and watch the squirrels
Bed very comfortable. Shower had a good pressure
Set in a lovely garden
Not the hotels fault but footpath work is being done, soon to be finished at end September 26 If you're a bit unsteady on your feet you'd need to walk on the road

The location is good and there is a wonderful restaurant near.
Where should I start: I know it’s a lodge but that doesn’t mean that it’s not an excuse for being poorly clean.
The sheets had yellow stains. Same for the cushions(that I did not use).
The shower needed a proper cleansing too.
Also, I love cats but as they roam around there was some pee stench on the entrance if the room.
