Great location.. extremely peaceful atmosphere
The breakfast was wonderful but you had to order it in advance the day before. But would have liked a little more food options for lunch and dinner to which there were none

Peacefull place, wondefull environment, host (Dana) very user friendly and provides rich information about the surroundings. She is ready to answer your questions anytime via WhatsApp
The location of the room was very good, except that, with open window, you could not sleep, due to guest talking outside very late in the morning.

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr schönen Haus und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Stationär angebrachte Fliegenfenster sorgen dafür, dass einen die Plagegeister der Natur nicht belästigen.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption, die Täglich ab ca. 18:00 besetzt war, war sehr herzlich.
Bei Fragen zu Ausflügen und Verkehrsbedingungen (z.B. Zona "Trafico Limitato" - ZTL, ein Schreckgespenst beim Besuch von Städten und Ortschaften, das schnell einmal teuer werden kann) erhielt man hilfreiche Informationen und Auskünfte.
In der Wohnung gab es kleine Stellen (z.B. klemmende Toilettentür), die durch leichte Nachbesserungen beseitigt werden können

The pool was amazing, and the location is beautiful, tucked away in a secluded wooded area. The landscaping is gorgeous and very well maintained. We loved the cute dogs and cats, and it was also nice to be able to visit the horses. Dana was very friendly and responded to our questions immediately. The villa is spacious, and the views from the windows are beautiful.s
The villa itself needed better maintenance.
1. On the first day after we checked in, we turned on all the AC units to cool down the house. Shortly afterward, we lost power. We were told to reset the breaker box ourselves. We did, but the power went out again. We then noticed that the breaker box was very hot. We contacted the maintenance person, who told us that because it was a holiday, an electrician would not be available for another three days, which was the day before we checked out. As a result, we had to avoid running all of the AC units at the same time for the rest of our stay.
2. Two of the bedroom doors rub against the floor and are difficult to open all the way.
3. There is a strong musty/moldy smell upstairs.
4. The AC unit in the upstairs bedroom is very loud.
5. One day after it rained, my daughter's bedroom had a silverfish infestation. There were silverfish on both the floor and the walls. Since we only had one more night left, I did not want to have the room sprayed with chemicals, so my daughter ended up sleeping with us.
Another thing was the extra charge. There was an additional €5 charge for using the washing machine and another €5 for using the dryer. I'd rather pay a higher daily rate than extra charges. Maybe it's just me.
Overall, I would say our stay was okay, but the villa could use some better maintenance. The property itself is beautiful, and we liked the location and amenities, but several maintenance issues affected our experience.
